Here&#8217;s a comprehensive list of Towns in NC that are scheduled to lose the opportunity to offer USDA Home Loans.\u00a0 We will update maps of effected areas in the next few \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>There area three basic UDSA Home Loan requirements for getting a Home Loan in NC.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The home must be located within the\u00a0USDA Home Loan footprint<\/strong>\u00a0(obviously, these\u00a0boundaries\u00a0could be changing in NC based on a\u00a0<a title=\"New Definition of RURAL for USDA Home Loans in NC\" href=\"https:\/\/pfh.ysh.temporary.site\/website_d1c340c1\/usda-loans\/new-definition-of-rural-by-usd\/\" target=\"_blank\">new\u00a0definition\u00a0of \u201crural\u201d<\/a>\u00a0mandated by Congress).<\/li>\n<li>Each borrower needs at least 2 credit scores of at least 640. \u00a0There are exceptions, and if you qualify for a NC Housing Finance Agency loan, you might qualify with scores as low as 620. \u00a0In general, the underwriters for USDA Home Loans in NC are looking for\u00a0<a title=\"Clean Credit USDA Home Loans\" href=\"https:\/\/pfh.ysh.temporary.site\/website_d1c340c1\/usda-loans\/clean-credit-requirements-and-usda-home-loans-in-nc\/\" target=\"_blank\">12 months of Clean Credit<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You must be under the\u00a0<a title=\"Maximum Income Requirements USDA Home Loans\" href=\"https:\/\/pfh.ysh.temporary.site\/website_d1c340c1\/usda-loans\/usda-home-loan-income-calculations-in-nc\/\"
